The Hideaway is quietly located at 45 High Street, Elie, behind large blue storm doors. Walking through, It is tucked away on the left.

Reception Hall
The front entrance door leads to the reception hall, giving access to the lounge, bedroom and shower room.

Lounge/Dining Room
Contemporary and tastefully decorated, with two windows providing an abundance of natural light. Fireplace with gas fire. Comfortable sofa with matching footstool. Single armchair. Contrasting lamps and soft furnishings. Dining table with 2 x dining chairs. Smart TV with Apps and Freeview (please use your own account). Door to kitchen.

Kitchen
Bright, modern kitchen with window to the side. Fitted range of floor standing and wall mounted units with contrasting work surfaces and glass splash back. Gas hob. Electric oven. Extractor hood. Washing machine. Fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave.

Bedroom
Spacious, calming double bedroom with window to the front. King-size bed. Bedside cabinets with lamps. Wardrobe. 3 drawer chest.

Shower Room
Contemporary Shower Room with tiled floor (underfloor heating). Vanity storage with wash hand basin and WC. Large shower enclosure. Wall mounted mirror. Light with shaver point. Corner shelving. Chrome, wall mounted radiator.

Garden
Stone chipped area in-front of the cottage. To the side/rear, there is a large, slabbed area which leads to a second slabbed area which is bordered by shrubs, and has 4 x benches to enjoy sitting out. Garden table and 2 chairs provided. Small shed to store bikes.
