The apartment is on one level accept two small steps from the dining area to sitting area and accessed from side of building and not road side

Sitting Room - a good sized room with panoramic views out to sea, two areas to sit and eat, ample comfy seating, flat screen tv with dvd player

Master bedroom - sea view with patio doors leading to outside patio, king-sized bed and ample storage

Bedroom (2) - a good sized room with two single beds, good storage facilities

Bathroom - Bath with overhead shower (handle on wall for those with mobility problems), wh basin, wc, shaver point

Outside - there is a small patio area with seating which is accessed via either the master bedroom or by going out of the side of the building - in turn the beach is accessed to the side of the building with no roads to cross
