In the heart of the historical town of St Andrews, quietly situated, yet only minutes from the shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants, this very comfortable 2 bedroom cottage is formed over 2 floors, and has a shared, sunny garden to the rear. Parking is available for 1 car (NB.See note in main description).

GROUND FLOOR:-

Entrance Hall

Sitting Room - Positioned to the rear overlooking the garden area, this is an inviting room with comfortable seating, electric fire, tv., video, hi-fi and fold-down dining table and chairs

Kitchen - modern fitted kitchen in traditional style, which is well equipped

FIRST FLOOR:-

Bedroom - Two single beds, dressing table, ample storage for clothes etc.

Bedroom - Two single beds, built-in wardrobe

Bathroom - Smart, re-fitted shower enclosure, w/c and wash hand basin

Garden - To the rear is a nice area to sit out, with grass and shrubs, which is shared.

Parking - Off street parking for one car to the side of the cottage (NB: this is a reciprocal arrangement with the next door property, one car in front of the other, moving when necessary to let the other out). However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Location

Dating back to mediaeval times, St Andrews is known as Scotland's world famous home of golf, with 10 golf stunning courses to choose from, including the most famous Old Course. The ruins of St. Andrews Castle, with its mediaeval bottle dungeon, is close to the University of St. Andrews, founded in 1413. In addition to its long sandy beach, there's an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants, an Aquarium, Theatre and Cinema. Within approx 10 miles, you can visit the historic fishing villages of the East Neuk.
