Location

Pittenweem is a charming, traditional fishing village within the East Neuk of Fife. It has a bustling, active harbour of fishing boats, which provide fresh seafood not only to its own morning fish market, but to local businesses throughout East Fife. It's well served for local shops, pubs and restaurants, and is particularly famous for its annual Pittenweem Arts Festival (August), which brings resident artists together to offer exhibitions, workshops, performances and children's events, all related to the arts. It's a prefect base from which to visit the surrounding East Neuk villages, and explore all sights and landmarks East Fife has to offer. St Andrews, the home of golf, is less than 20 minutes drive away.
