Overview

Links Lodge is a fabulous 4 bedroom holiday home located within the sought after Blacklaws Steading. Tastefully decorated and furnished, its bright and spacious accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Well tended communal central gardens with BBQ provided. Private parking for 2 cars plus visitors parking. For keen golfers, there are various quality golf courses within easy reach, and St Andrews, The Home of Golf, is just approx 9 miles away. 1 dog welcome (Terms and Supplement apply).

    Through double doors from the reception hall, the bright and spacious dual aspect lounge has double doors which lead directly onto the rear central gardens. It is comfortably furnished with 2 x 3 seater sofa's (one with a chaise), accent armchair with matching footstool, coffee table, side tables, lamps and artwork. Large Smart TV with Sky.

    Kitchen/Dining Room
    With dual aspect, this beautifully kitchen/dining room is fitted with shaker style floor standing and wall mounted units, and broad breakfast bar with 2 x high stools .Electric hob, oven and extractor hood. Dishwasher. Fridge/Freezer. Coffee Machine. Glass dining room table with 8 contemporary dining chairs. Double doors face the private parking area.

    Utility Room
    Directly off the kitchen, the Utility Room houses the washing machine, microwave and BBQ. A door leads onto the rear central gardens.

    Contemporary Cloakroom, half tiled and fitted with wash hand basin and WC.

    Study/Bedroom 4
    This lovely, bright study/bedroom is positioned to the rear. If using as a study, it can remain with the day bed (as shown in the photographs) or made up a bedroom with either a single bed double bed (with 2 single duvets).

    This dual aspect luxury master bedroom has double doors fronted with Juliet balconies, each providing stunning views. It has a super-king bed, bedside tables and lamps. Large footstool

    Lovely, double size bedroom with window to the front. Super-king divan bed (zip and link which can also be made up as 2 single beds - please request at the time of booking).

    Bright, double size bedroom furnished with 2 x single divan beds, bedside table and lamp. Matching drawer storage.

    Family Bathroom
    Contemporary, half tiled bathroom fitted with wash hand basin, WC, and bath with overhead shower and glass screen. Chrome heated towel rail.

    Gardens
    Beautifully maintained communal garden grounds surround Blacklaws Steading. At the rear, there is a central garden for the use of residents (see photograph).

    Private parking at the front right of the entrance to the Lodge for 2 cars. There is additional visitors parking.

The Location

Anstruther is the largest community on the stretch of the north-shore coastline of the Firth of Forth known as the East Neuk. Originally a fishing village, the main industry is now tourism, with a 9 hole golf course, pleasure craft mooring in the harbour, and sightseeing and wildlife cruises to the Isle of May, home to the UK's largest Puffin population. Other local attractions include The Scottish Fisheries Museum, The Secret Bunker, Anstruther's Famous Fish Bar, together with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Additional shopping and entertainment can be found in St Andrews, just 9 miles away.
